1. I really have an amazing staff  (I already knew, but it's good to be reminded)

2. Approaching strangers on the street is hard

3. Catering and having a take-out shop in the same {tiny} space is totally nuts

4. I love our new chocolate peanut butter cupcake.

5. People are really nice when well-fed.
